Whoo Hoo- realistic goals in sight?

Standard

Maybe? I spent an inordinate amount of time carefully planning out my writing life, complete with a calculator on Monday. The trick of course, will be to align that with my homeschool life, mother/wife life, etc.  Last month was a flop, partly for being sick- partly for losing momentum. Momentum. Even saying the word is a committment, but if I am going to make the effort to say “momentum”, that is just a tidbit of how important it is to actually work to build it up. Just like the writing life. Word by comma by sentence by paragraph.  My friend Laura commented on Facebook that I need to get busy and write more important stuff than comments. That is funny. I am working on it my friend. Half of the writing life seems to be spent thinking and THAT is coming along nicely. 🙂

About christasterken

Committed to a life of purpose. Learning to live abundantly. Embracing creativity. Questioning. Delighting in the comforts of home and family. Determining not to settle only for how things are, but how they could be. Writing is part of who I am, so I trust In God who gave the gift to show me how I can serve Him through it. That is my life…one word at a time. Psalm 89:11a“Teach me your way , O Lord, and I will walk in your truth”
