Today is special, set aside for personal things at home I want to do. Not chores, or necessary duties , although I might do a few. Upon realizing last week that days really disappear quickly without a loose plan, I jotted down a framework for today. I listed “writing” for a specified time and several other important hours I want to fill specifically with good things. This day is a gift, a landscape to fill with the artwork of life. What personal things do YOU do that fulfill you?

I read, write and garden.
To make sure I communicate with at least one friend a day, and to make sure I can be the kind of person that one day I will hear the words from my Savior “Well done, good and faithful servant”.
